Wander With Alice

This look was inspired by the eyeshadow "Astrological", a beautiful lilac eyeshadow from Kat Von D's Innerstellar Palette. Recently, Physicians Formula has expanded their Organic Wear Line with two new products, and to my delight, they added "BB" products! They added a new 100% Natural Origin All-in-1 Beauty Balm Cream and a 100% Natural Origin BB Bigger! Better! Lashes Mascara. They both came in the Iconic Organic Wear packaging of a leaf design and the packaging is a nice, clean white. The products themselves look beautiful and promising, and I was expecting to immediately fall in love with them. Unfortunately, they did not live up to the hype that I built in my head about them and they did not live up to the hype that Physicians Formula have claimed them to be. This is the most exciting NEW line from Physicians Formula to date. The last time I went goo-goo-gaa-gaa over everything in a line of theirs, is their Nude Wear Line (and by the way, they also came out with some new products for the Nude Wear line for 2015, as well).  At the moment, there are only five different products available in this Argan Wear Line. I bought three out of the five: the Argan Wear Ultra-Nourishing Argan Oil BB Cream, Blush, and Bronzer. The other two products that I will not be covering is their Argan Wear Ultra-Nourishing Argan Oil and the Illuminating Argan Oil (these two products are just your typical 100% Argan Oil in a bottle).

I just want to state the obvious before we get into the important details here...the packaging is absolutely gorgeous! Physicians Formula had really captured the essence of Morocco's Style-Architectural design with their new Argan Wear Line, especially with their BB Cream's packaging.  And the fact that the product not only looks good on the outside but it does good on the inside. This BB Cream is one of the best BB Creams I have tried thus far. The unique difference between this Physicians Formula's BB Cream compared to other BB Creams I have tried is that this does not have a dewy finish. In fact, its finish is a beautiful matte-satin. Something an oily-combinaton skin person, like myself, can appreciate.

" Black Space " is one of my favorite songs from Taylor Swift. Not only is the music and lyrics great, but her makeup is beautiful in it, especially her look where she is holding an apple. So I decided to recreate her look. 

Hi everyone! Today is all about mascaras! Affordable, drugstore mascaras to be exact. In the past few months I have purchased way more mascaras than the average person needs, and I have also been testing them out to finally share with you my thoughts about them.  *Please note* Not all products work the same on different people. I, personally have short, straight lashes that need a little help in the volume department. 

~With this mascara, I have a serious love & hate relationship.~ Love: I love the fact that it elongates my lashes to the extreme. Hate: This mascara can be a fiber fall-out fest if not used with extreme caution and it can easily clump up your lashes.

You know, I already knew that Benzoyl Peroxide does not work on my pimples, but for some reason I still decided to give this a try when I got this tube in one of my beauty subscriptions. I was thinking I may as well try it, since I was having some problem areas at the time, and having a full size product to test out, I can be generous with the applications and really go for it. The results...let's just say I should have known better, knowing that Benzoyl Peroxide does not work well with my skin. I guess what I am trying to say is that, sometimes, we should stick to what we know.

The minute I walked through the sliding doors of Target my eyes homed in on this scarf in the accessories section of the store. I instantly grabbed it, threw it in my cart, and never looked back. It's been a while since I bought an accessories piece without having second thoughts. I saw it, I wanted it, and I knew I loved it instantly. It's been a few weeks since I bought this scarf and I still don't regret it.

So the Holiday Season is officially over, and coming Monday is back to real life, back to work, back to school, back from the festivity. It's heartbreaking, I know, but this coming Monday is also a start of the first full week of the New Year. It's full of possibilities, full of hope, and full of excitement. So today, I present to you 5 outfit ideas to help conquer the first week back, either you are part of the work force or you are still in school (of course, these may not work in different work/school environments). Hi beautiful people! I can not believe another year has flown by and a new year has started! I know a lot of people get anxious when another year has come and gone, but personally I get excited, re-energized, and my motivation on life is renewed. Every start of the year I have this sudden burst of energy that wants to try new things, see new places, and just make this year better than last year...(unfortunately, this energy ball fizzles a little as the year goes on), but I am going to take advantage of this new found energy to be productive with my blog and Youtube Channel, as well as, my personal life.
