[Tarte] Maracuja Oil

Image
Maracuja Oil is rich in essential fatty acids and vitamin C for firmer, brighter, and smoother skin; it helps promote active skin recovery and rejuvenation while delivering maximum hydration...and I am a huge fan, especially when the season has turned cold and dry. The scent is not very enduring, but I like this oil (can I say it?) better than Argan Oil.

[Lancome] Visionnaire Nuit Beauty Sleep Night Moisturizer

Image
This is moisture in a bottle, my friends. Whenever my skin develops dry patches due to the weather change, hormones, or just plain neglect on my part, I would latter my face with this amazing gel to oil moisturizer, go to bed and wake up in the morning with luscious skin. If my skin was really bad, all I need is two nights of this moisturizer, and my skin is back to normal. I really love this  Visionnaire Nuit Beauty Sleep Night Moisturizer from Lancome...but why does it have to be so pricey!

[Urban Decay] Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer Review

Image
It is about time I review the Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer ! I have been using this concealer non-stop for over a year now, and I haven't reviewed it! What happened?! Anyways, this concealer is amazing. It retails at $28.00, has 11 shades within its line, and the shade that I have is in the Med-Light Neutral. It fits perfectly with my skin tone, and it completely erases any veins, discoloration or redness on my face. I am contemplating on whether or not to purchase the Light Neutral shade to use as an underage brightening concealer. I'm still not the fence about that. If you haven't read my review on the Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup , then you don't have to because this concealer is near identical to the foundation. The only difference is the concealer has slightly more coverage and slightly thicker than the foundation. What I am trying to say is that if you buy this concealer, you don't...

[Ole Henriksen] Rub n' Buff Salt Scrub

Image
A spa strength, body exfoliator compacted in a small tub for your home. I had never been to a real, formal spa before, so I can't really let you know if I was able to get that smooth, relaxing skin exfoliating treatment at home. I can say, that this Rub n' Buff Salt Scrub smells wonderfully fresh  and the delightful scent is able to fill up the room with lavender and lemongrass smells.

[Carol's Daughter] Black Vanilla Shampoo & Conditioner Review

Image
I received this amazing "Black Vanilla"  Shampoo and Conditioner as a sample, and immediately fell in love with its rich, vanilla scent, and how sleek and smooth my hair was after the wash. The best part? Carol's Daughter products can be found at my local CVS ! So easy access! This brand do cost more than you average drugstore haircare brands at $12.79 for the shampoo and $13.79 for the conditioner , but after using these for the past month, they are worth the high price. RELATED POST: My Hair Cleanse/Deep Conditioning Routine (Dec. 2016) Let's talk about the delicious scent. To my sense of smell, all I can distinguish from the shampoo's scent is the delicious warm, sugary vanilla. However, the notes are a combination of sweet clover, aloe leaf juice and shea. Who knew... So what does it do for my hair? In the recent months, my hair has become dry and tangly...mostly because I was in dire need of a haircut, but this duo really helped me with rehydrating...

[Too Faced] White Chocolate Chip Eyeshadow Palette Review

Image
Believe it or not, this is my first Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette. I was always an Urban Decay Naked lover, and would rather fork over my money for the latest Naked Palette than the latest Chocolate Bar Palette. So I was so glad that Too Faced has finally come out with a mini Chocolate Palette! About time!  Too Faced has come out with two mini palettes at $26.00 a piece. They each consist of 10 small-pan shadows and 1 large-pan shadow. The one I did not buy is the Chocolate Chip that contains all matte shadows with a few jewel tones scattered in it. What I have before you today is the White Chocolate Chip that consists of pastel colors and glitter shadows with a few mattes mixed in it. There are a lot of complaints on these two palettes. Avid Chocolate Bar lovers claim these shadows are nothing like the quality found in the regular Chocolate Bar Palettes. They claim that the Chocolate Chip shadows were not pigmented, were chalky and overall, disappointing. Despite...

[Elf Cosmetics] e.l.f Blushes ($3.00)

Image
These e.l.f Blushes are part of the OGs of e.l.f Cosmetics. Back then, they used to be the e.l.f Studio Blushes, until e.l.f decided to not have segmented lines, but a whole e.l.f makeup line. So they combined their essential line, studio line, and a few products from their mineral line into one. However, they had recently come out with their Beautifully Bare line, Aqua Beauty, and Beautifully Precise Collection as well. Anyways back to these blushes. Even though they have been around for ages, I still have not reviewed these blushes on my blog! The horror! Well, better late than never right?

My Hair Cleanse/Deep Conditioning Routine (Dec. 2016)

Image
Hi everyone! I thought it was about time I did an updated "My Hair Cleanse/Deep Conditioning Routine", especially since I have changed the products that I have been using. Here they are! They are both a few dollars cheaper than what I have been using before, and they work just as good at cleansing and deep conditioning my hair!  The Dove Oxygen Moisture Shampoo is not formulated to be an actual cleansing shampoo. It is formulated for those that have fine hair, and want a shampoo that will not weigh down their hair, but give them volume. So if this shampoo is suppose to be lightweight and uplift the roots for fine hair, imagine what it will do for someone that has thick hair like myself. This shampoo is extra light for my hair. In fact, my hair feels like how it would feel after I use a true clarifying shampoo, extremely clean! I used this shampoo in-between three or four washes. (This retails around $5.00 a bottle.) Covergirl Oh Sugar! Vitamin Infused Lip Balms

Image
Arn't these lip balms beautiful? A lot of times taking the perfect picture of products I want to review is impossible! Then, there is that rare occasion where the product photographs like a dream, and I had that rare occasion with these Oh Sugar! Vitamin Infused Lip Balms from Covergirl, and guess what?! I love using them too, hence why I bought six of the ten shades that are available in this line.
