Halloween Look: Fantasy Alien

Image
Hi everyone! This is my last Halloween Tutorial of 2017. I hope you enjoyed at least one of the six looks I have done this October. Today's look is inspired by Wet n Wild Fantasy Makers Stencil, Alien Fantasy Fairy. I don't know how fairy the look turned out to be, but I can confidently say, I do look Alien. I hope you like the look!  If you want to watch the full video tutorial on how I created this look, just click on the link provided.

Halloween Look: Unicorn

Image
Hi everyone! This is my 5th Halloween Tutorial. Just one more look after this! Anyways, this look is a Unicorn look. It is inspired by Wet n Wild Fantasy Makers Stencil, Unicorn Queen, but I ended up creating a look that looked like this Unicorn is part of the royal court instead. Anyways, besides my short comings, I still hope you enjoy this Halloween Look!  If you want to watch the full video tutorial on how I created this look, just click on the link provided.

Halloween Look: Mystic Mermaid

Image
Hello! Here is my 4th Halloween Tutorial and this time, it is a look that I've been wanting to do a version of for the longest time, a mermaid look! This Mermaid look is inspired by Wet n Wild Fantasy Makers Stencil, Mystic Mermaid. My sketch for the mermaid was a bit different than the one I created, but for my first mermaid look, I am pleased with the outcome, and I believe it lives up to the magical and mysterious name of "Mystic Mermaid". Backstory of the Character: There is no real backstory to this character, since I basically just freestyled everything. I still hope you enjoy what I came out with.  If you want to watch the full video tutorial on how I created this look, just click on the link provided.

Halloween Tutorial: Zombie

Image
Hello! Here is my 3rd Halloween Tutorial! I am on the roll with these Halloween Tutorials! I hope I can keep up the momentum! Haha! Anyways, this Wet n Wild Fantasy Makers Theme is Catwalk Zombie, and just like the Skull Queen look, this is my very first Zombie look. Even without the prosthetics, fake blood, and other fancy products to create a gnarly zombie look, I still think this look came out quite nice. What do you think? Backstory of the Character: She is a model turned zombie, hence the theme "Catwalk" Zombie. She got bite in the neck, but the bite did not kill her right away. Instead, she died a pretty painful death as her body surrenders to the infection, and she eventually dies and wakes as a zombie.   If you want to watch the full video tutorial on how I created this look, just click on the link provided.

Halloween Look: Skull Queen

Image
Hello! Here is my 2nd Halloween Tutorial! The Wet n Wild Fantasy Makers Theme is Skull Queen, and since this is my first time trying out a skull look, I thought I'd make it easy on myself and do half of my face. Here is my version of a Skull Queen. She is a leader of some badass gang, and her signature look is piercing eyes and a skull handkerchief hiding half of her face. Halloween Look: Quirky Jester

Image
Hello! It's the first Halloween Tutorial! Yes, I know a clown or "Jester" look has been overdone, but hey, I haven't done one yet, and I know this will not be the last Jester look I'm going to do. For this Jester look, I wanted a fun, lovable Jester. One that wants to have fun, play little tricks, and giggle all day long.  So I hope you enjoy the look!

Beautifully Luminous but Matte Skin in a Primer

Image
I fell in love with this silky primer the very first time I tried it, and it wasn't a fluke either, I liked it just as much the second time I used it, and the third time, and every other time. This elf Beautifully Bare Luminous Matte Makeup Primer gives your skin a beautiful, luminous look without the shine, if that is possible.

The Perfect Summer to Fall Eyeshadow Palette!

Image
On the calendar it is officially Autumn...but tell that to the weather gods. It's still in the 80s and 90s here in the Silicon Valley, and frankly, I am really for everything to cool down! Putting the weather aside, let's talk about this gorgeous eyeshadow palette that I have finally broken out to use! It has the perfect colors to help you transition from a Summer look to a Fall look. I introduce to you, Milani's Everyday Eyes Eyeshadow Collection in "Earthy Elements" . The soft terra-cotta browns and orange tones bring in the fall shades, while the champagne sparkle leaves a trace of the summer. This is a beautiful palette from the drugstore that only retails at $11.00!
