I love Gel Pencil Liners for their soft texture and their intense pigmentation. However, I have the problem of them smudging on me. So I am always on the hunt for that one gel liner that will give me the least bit of smudging without compromising the soft-gel texture and the awesome color. ...And I stumbled upon these at CVS... Wet N Wild On Edge LongWearing Eye Pencils . These are $3.49 each, and there are six colors to choose from in this line.

Initially I was impressed with how black this Kajal Matte Eye Pencil swatched on the back of my hand. I also love the fact that it is also Matte, which is a nice change since I had a lot of experiences where a liner will claim to be matte, but it still have a shine to it.  Then I used it on my eyes...

Waterproof Gel Eyeliners are my favorite "pencil" eyeliners to use. I love the silky textures and the intensity of colors, as well as the longevity of the color on the waterline that Gel Pencil Liners give. So I was very happy to see Maybelline coming out with their version of these gel liners.

This is the felt-tip liner I have been reaching for constantly at the moment. If you watch my makeup tutorials on my YouTube Channel , you will notice that I use this eyeliner pen in nearly every one of my recent tutorials.

I can easily tell you why I love this eyeliner so much...and it's not just because of the Tattoo Queen herself, Kat Von D. I got this beautiful-looking set of Eyeliners for Christmas and was immediately intrigued. The pencils themselves look sophisticated with their sleek-black exteriors, and their colorful tips let you know which color they are on the inside without you having to pull off the cap.  These eyeliners come from a brand named Italia and they are extremely inexpensive. This 8-piece set costs $6.25 at Amazon. Judging from what I see online of what products this brand has to offer, it seems to be in the same category as companies like, BH Cosmetics, where they buy makeup in bulk from a wholesaler and slab on their company name, hence why everything from companies like these all have the same look and same price points.  I have no problem with companies like these.
