Hi everyone! Today I present the third and last of Kat Von D's Eye Technique Tips,  "How to Lift the Look of your Eyes" Smokey eye version. All the shadows I used for this look is from Kat Von D's Shade + Light Eye Contour Palette

A beautiful palette to create the perfect smoky eye. Ever since I got this palette I have been really enjoying it.
