Urban Decay Just Brought on the HEAT!

Image
The Naked Fifth palette is here! Whose screaming silently in their heads at the moment? I know I did a notable squeal of delight when I saw a picture of this on TrendMood's instagram ! I am a huge fan of Urban Decay's Naked Eyeshadow Palettes and have been purchasing every single one that has come out to date. So of course, I got my hands on the fifth palette. This my fellow beauty lovers, is the Urban Decay Naked HEAT Eyeshadow Palette . Isn't she hot!

[Urban Decay] Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer Review

Image
It is about time I review the Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer ! I have been using this concealer non-stop for over a year now, and I haven't reviewed it! What happened?! Anyways, this concealer is amazing. It retails at $28.00, has 11 shades within its line, and the shade that I have is in the Med-Light Neutral. It fits perfectly with my skin tone, and it completely erases any veins, discoloration or redness on my face. I am contemplating on whether or not to purchase the Light Neutral shade to use as an underage brightening concealer. I'm still not the fence about that. If you haven't read my review on the Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup , then you don't have to because this concealer is near identical to the foundation. The only difference is the concealer has slightly more coverage and slightly thicker than the foundation. What I am trying to say is that if you buy this concealer, you don't...

Urban Decay "All Nighter" Makeup Setting Spray Review

Image
I'm sad about this, you guys...because I do not like this  All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray   from Urban Decay. It's surprising that I feel this way because I completely adore its cousin, the Urban Decay De-Slick Makeup Setting Spray .  Let's get some facts straight first.

Urban Decay Naked Illuminated "Luminous"

Image
My first thought when I open Luminous was, "Wow...this is frickin' beautiful!" The pictures I have taken for you does not do it justice. Not even a tiny bit. The amount of shimmer and glisten that this Naked Illuminated gives off can only be properly appreciated in person.

Sephora Favorites: Paint in Pink (Value Kit)

Image
I am a huge fan of Sephora Favorites Value Kits because you get to try out a bunch of goodies for a great value. Recently Sephora has come out with a new Beauty Essential Kit with products in different shades of pink with is perfect for Spring.  It is call, "PAINT IN PINK" . (Retails at $40.00 with a value of $122.00!)

Setting Sprays: Urban Decay De-Slick Makeup Setting Spray

Image
Sometimes there are days where you do need to wear a face full of makeup for an extended period of time, but the question is, by hour 8 is your makeup still there? If so, does it look good and will it last another 4 hours of wear? That is why having a good makeup setting spray is important in a girl's makeup collection. The setting spray that had made its way permanently into my collection is the Urban Decay's De-Slick Makeup Setting Spray . Not only does it keep my makeup on all day, it also does a wonderful job at controlling my oils. FYI, I have oily-combination skin.

Mascaras: Urban Decay "Perversion" Mascara Review

Image
SURPRISE! SURPRISE! Yet another +Urban Decay Cosmetics  Product that I enjoy using! Is there anything I do not like from them? I am yet to find out myself! Actually it took me awhile to try their Perversion Mascara because I heard and read too many negative reviews on it and let's be honest, you can find great mascaras at the drugstore for half the price and most of the time they work better than high-end mascaras. So yes, I was skeptical. Nevertheless, I never say never to trying out a makeup product and this is one of the cases where I disagree with all those negative reviews, because this is an awesome mascara!

DIY: Feathered "WoodStock" Headpiece

Image
Hi everyone! Here is how I created this headpiece for my Hot Pink "Woodstock" Fantasy Look . I was not only inspired by the beautiful pink color but also the name. So what came out of my mind was something bohemian and woodsy. And with that description there are braids and feathers detailing involved.

Eyeliner: Urban Decay "Ink For Eyes" Waterproof Precision Eye Pen

Image
This is the felt-tip liner I have been reaching for constantly at the moment. If you watch my makeup tutorials on my YouTube Channel , you will notice that I use this eyeliner pen in nearly every one of my recent tutorials.

Tutorial: Gold "El Dorado" Urban Decay Inspired

Image
This Fantasy Golden Look is inspired by  +Urban Decay Cosmetics  "El Dorado", a Yellow Gold with Gold Shimmer color. I loved how strong and opaque the gold liner is and wanted to reflect that in a makeup look. Since I am drawn to fantasy looks, this look ended up from my fantasy-imagination.

Eyeshadow Palettes: Urban Decay "Vice 4" Palette Review

Image
These Urban Decay Vice Palettes just keep getting better and better every year! This is actually the only annual eyeshadow palette that I wait for to be available on the website...this year the Vice4 became available on the UD Website between 12:30am to 1:30am, and the minute I realized I can place an order, I did just that! Whoohoo! Got it before it sold out! Mission Accomplish! Isn't it beautiful!

Blushes: Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palettes Review

Image
A blush, a hightligter, and a bronzer, all-in-one, and it is from Urban Decay, and it is from their Naked Line, so I knew I was going to like this product.  There are four of these palettes available, and I have three of them; Naked, Streak, & Native. Each palette cost $32, which happens to be a great value due to the fact that you get three products in one. So technically you are paying about $11 per Urban Decay face product.  I had high expectations to begin with, and after trying these blushes out, there were some highs and lows.  Color-wise, they did not meet my expectations, but performance-wise they met beyond my expectations.

Three Smoky Eyes Look using Urban Decay "Naked Smoky" Palette

Image
A beautiful palette to create the perfect smoky eye. Ever since I got this palette I have been really enjoying it. The looks I create with it is absolute beautiful and the shadows (except matte shadows on matte shadows) been beautifully together.  If you want to read my full review of this Naked Smoky Palette , please click on the link provided.

Eyeshadow Palettes: Urban Decay "Naked Smoky" Palette Review

Image
Surprise! Surprise! Another Naked Palette has just arrived from Urban Decay! This time it's all about Smoky Sultry Shadows!  Those that are over Urban Decay's Naked Palettes need to stop being over it because this palette is different from the rest. This palette has everything from glitter to shimmer to matte shadows, with an array of different colors of both warm and neutral tones.

Tutorial: 2 "Nuetral" Looks feat. Urban Decay Naked2 Palette

Image
Requested by: Ruchi Mhatre Hi everyone! Today I have a two for one post for you. It's two simple neutral eye-looks using Urban Decay's Naked 2 palette. They are perfect for everyday wear for casual to professional settings.

Tutorial: Urban Decay Vice3 | Holiday Berry Eye Look

Image
Another look from the beloved Urban Decay Vice 3 Palette and this time I came up with a look that fits the holidays perfectly. There's something about the cranberry or berry colors that screams Holiday appropriate, so I knew I had to use the berry column (column #4) in the Vice 3 palette to do a Festive Themed look.

Tutorial: "Freeze" Eye Look | Urban Decay Vice3 Palette

Image
Freeze is definitely the most unique shadow in the Vice3 palette for me. I just love how it is this shimmery, muted cloudy-gray blue. The color reminds me of how the sky looks through a stormy cloud. So I figured a shadow like this deserves something more than the usual looks I usually do...so I settled on a more dramatic look. So this is what I came up with.

Eyeshadow Palette: Urban Decay "Naked3" Eyeshadow Palette Review

Image
Today I will talking about the 3rd Love-Child in Urban Decay's Naked Line, the Naked3. It is the best of both skin tone worlds (Warm-Cool), so you can say that it is the in-between palette of the Warm-tone Naked Original and the Cool-tone Naked2. Although it is packaged similarly to its two older sister, Naked2, the shadows within the palettes is completely, uniquely one-of-a-kind. All 12 shadows are new-shades to the Urban Decay Line, and all 12 shadows has a rose-hued base, meaning each shadow has a romantic-rosey undertone that is sure to make any eye look eye-catching.

Eyeshadow Palette: Urban Decay "Naked2" Eyeshadow Palette

Image
When this palette was "new", the Naked2 was a must have because it consisted of 5 never-seen before eyeshadows (Booty-Call, Tease, Busted, Snakebite, & Pistol) & it also came with the "new" double-ended, cruelty-free Karma Brush, exclusive only to this palette. Now, the only thing special about this palette is the shadow, "Booty Call", exclusive only to the Naked2 (to my knowledge). So is this palette still worth purchasing? (In regards to if you still don't own the Naked2, of course.)
