Deep Diving with Tarte's Rainforest Of The Sea Cleansing Gel

Hi everyone, today we will be talking about skincare, and these two items happen to be from Tarte Cosmetics; the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Deep Dive Cleansing Gel ($25/5 fl. oz) + the Scrublet ($7).

This is what I have been cleansing my skin with for the past month, and I have been loving this Duo.

The Cleansing Gel is made up of Tarte's Rainforest of the Sea complex and other ingredients that hydrates, soothes and tones the skin while giving the skin a gentle cleanse. It is also packed with Vitamin C (from Indian Gooseberry Extract) that helps to reduce the skin of fine lines while keeping the complexion bright. It is also vegan, and sulfate and artificial fragrance -free.

I have to say this cleansing gel is very soothing on the skin. It gently removes oil and impurities from the skin without stripping the skin of its natural oils. The best way I find to use it is with the Tarte Scrublet. You can really go to town with scrubbing off (in circular motions) any stubborn makeup or dirt left on your face. I love the way this latex-free, silicone Scrublet is designed, the shape allows an easy, no-slip grip and an easy, flexible fit around the nose and under-eye area.

And let's not forget to notice the beautiful packaging which happens to be nice to look at in the shower.
