Step-by-Step to the Perfect Contour

If you have no idea how to contour, this Contour Kit comes with an extensive step-by-step instruction pamphlet that goes great with the easy to work with powders. Together, they make the perfect contour and highlight novice starter duo. The great news is, Smashbox lowered their price of this Step-by-Step Contour Kit from $45.00 to $35.00! So for those that have waited on getting this kit, your patience has paid off. 

The palette comes with a cool-tone contour shade, a warm bronzer, and a soft, illuminating highlight. These powders are decently pigmented, where they apply on color, but not too much where unwanted mistakes can happen. Even if you apply too much, they are soft and smooth, where they are easy to blend, which is why I think this palette is great for beginners.

I don't use the brush this kit comes with. It is great at applying on color, but horrible at blending the powder out, so I do suggest using another brush to work with this palette.

This is also a great travel-friendly palette. The casing is strong, and will protect the powders. It also comes with a very good-sized mirror. 

Overall, I do not have any complaints about this contour and highlight palette. It is great quality, easy to work with, and it shapes and chisels your features while keeping the overall look soft and natural. My cup of tea.
