[Besame Cosmetics] Classic Color Lipstick Matches

These are the Classic Color Lipstick Matches from Besame Cosmetics. They retail at $6.00, for five paper matchsticks with Besame's Classic Red Lipstick Formula at the tips. They are designed for touching up your lipstick on-the-go. 

These make a great bridesmaid party favor, or Christmas stocking stuffer, but for the average women on-the-go, I recommend picking up Besame's Mini Lipsticks at $8.00 a piece, if you don't want to fork over the money for a full sized lipstick at $22.00 a tube. At least in the mini-tube you will get more than five applications, and it comes in better packaging.

The matchstick does have Besame's well-known pigmented lipstick formula, but the applicator is horrible. It's made out of stiff-paper, so it bends. It is also uncomfortable applying it on the lips once you start using up the lipstick and the paper starts peeping through on the ends. I find that this matchbook is a novelty piece. It's fun and it gets people talking, but not practical. I do recommend their lipsticks though because they are rich, high-quality reds, probably some of the best red lipsticks you can find in the beauty world.
