Makeup Remover: Lumene Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover Review
Hello Fellow Beauty Lovers! Today I would like to share with you another great drugstore Waterproof Makeup Remover that I have been loving! This is from the brand Lumene Finland and can be found at CVS, priced at $6.49/3.4 fl oz.
It works, as great as, my Holy Grail "Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover" & its cousin, the "CVS Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover". The value is about the same as the Neutrogena Brand, but on the pricer side compared to the CVS brand.

The Lumene is Fragrance-Free and is a Double-Phase Liquid Makeup Remover, where you have to shake to activate, just like the Neutrogena and CVS ones. It is also extremely gentle and it does remove everything, even the toughest of Mascaras and Eyeliners. Just like the Neutrogena and CVS makeup removers, this product does leave an oily residue behind, so you will need to cleanse your face afterwards. I like using the makeup remover right before I take a shower.
I am so glad that I have found this great alternative to my usual makeup removers because the Neutrogena and CVS ones are always sold out whenever I go to repurchase them. So if I am really in a pinch, I know I can rely on the Lumene Waterproof Makeup Remover as a backup.
