Maybelline Master Prime (Face) Primers

Image
I consider face primers to be an important step when applying makeup, whether or not I use a foundation. That is because face primers can create a smooth layer over your skin, and depending on what kind of face primer you use, it can perfect the complexion of your skin. For example, you can provide your skin with sun protection, or mattify it, and even use it to minimize the look of your pores. Today I will be sharing with you my thoughts on the  Maybelline Face Studio Master Primes . There are three types of primers in this collection: Blur + Smooth, Blur + Illuminate, & Blur + Redness Control. Of the three, I have Blur + Smooth & Blur + Illuminate.

Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding Review

Image
The Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding is Boscia's newest addition to its pore minimizing line. A line I have been eyeing for some time now. So when Sephora was offering a free sample of 0.84 fl oz. or 25mL with a purchase of $35.00, I immediately placed my order to get my hands on it. A full size retails at $38.00 for 2.8 fl oz, 85mL. What's reason for my immediate response? Well...look at it! Look at that black and white swirl of promising pore-cleaning action!

Wet N Wild Max Fanatic Cat Eye Mascara Review

Image
Do you know what this mascara reminds me of? The L'oreal Voluminous Butterfly Mascara. The ouster packaging is shaped similarly, and the wand looks near identical.  However, this is not a comparison video, even though I am itching to compare these two, but I will be good and stay on track, and just give you my thoughts about this Wet N Wild Max Fanatic Cat Eye Mascara .

Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy Diamond Top Coat & "Two" Colors

Image
I am a huge fan of Gel Polishes! I love the shine it gives the nails, and I always get questions asking if I got my nails done professionally whenever I use a gel-formulated polish. So to have a top coat that creates a gel finish in my collection was a happy addition, because now I can have the same gel effect on my non-gel polishes.

HighEnd vs. Drugstore (Ep.5) Make Up For Ever vs. L'oreal Lip Palettes

Image
You can definitely see the similarities between these two lipstick palettes. I do not know if L'oreal intentionally decided to create their La Lip Palette to be like Make Up For Ever's Artist Rouge Lip Palette, but I am glad that there is a drugstore alternative.  Click to Watch: "HighEnd vs. Drugstore (Ep.5) Make Up For Ever vs. L'oreal Lip Palettes Review" Video

Revlon Colorstay Eyeshadow Palette

Image
I am loving all of these new eyeshadow palettes that are making their way into the drugstores, and Revlon decided they wanted to be apart of it. They came out with two different palettes at $12.99 each, with 10 eyeshadows in each palette.

Argan Oil has been around for centuries. It has been a cosmetic favorite ingredient, and have been known for its benefits to the skin. In fact, Morocco's nickname to this magnificent oil is "Liquid Gold"! How fancy is that! Today, I introduce a company that is know to incorporate Argan Oil in all their products, Josie Maran Cosmetics . Image
Click Link to Watch, " (Q+H) Studded X: Kat Von D & Formula X Lip & Nails Collab " Video Review!  Hi everyone! For weeks now I have been putting out reviews here and there on each color of the Studded X (Kat Von D + Formula X) Collaboration. Today I am proud to present the whole sham bang. Some formulas are better than the others, and some are absolutely unique.  I am not going to through each color since I had already reviewed each and every one of them, but I will provide the link to each individual review.

Revlon "HIGHLIGHTING PALETTES" Review

Image
Just by looking at these multi-colored strips of highlights, it's easy to fall in love with them. I am a huge fan of this type of packaging for highlights because there are so many colors you can create with just five colors! It is also great for layering and creating dimension on the face, a technique that I have been loving.  I wish Revlon would have named it other than Highlighting Palette , for example, a complexion or face palette would fit this product better because a lot of the colors within these palettes will not work as a highlight.

Revlon PhotoReady "EYE ART" Lid + Line + Lash Review

Image
I was mesmerized when I saw these "EYE ART" duos on a display at CVS . They retail   around $10.00, and they happened to be buy one get one half off. So I quickly picked up two colors I thought would create an intense look, but it is still a neutral color palette, so I wouldn't have trouble creating a look since this a new type of product for me.  Click Link to Watch: "(Q+H) Revlon PhotoReady "EYE ART" Lid + Line + Lash Demo & Review"

Milk Makeup "Ubame" Mascara Review

Image
It's one of Sephora's newest brands, and what an interesting name "MILK"! Today I am here to showcase my very first Milk Makeup product, and it is their "Ubame" Mascara ! I gotta say, I love the packaging!

Tarte's Tarteist Lash Paint Mascara Review

Image
I love the fact that Tarte describes the art of applying mascara to painting because when you think about it, you really are painting your lashes, and in Tarte's case, you are painting on an ultra black pigment made of minerals that will not only soften, but nourish your lashes as well.

Ciate Triple Shot Mascara Review

Image
When I first heard of the brand Ciate London, all they had was nail polishes and nail art products available at Sephora. Now it seems that Sephora is finally getting their makeup which is exciting. So this Triple Shot Mascara is my first "Makeup" product from Ciate, retailing at $22.00.
