I "ADORA" this color! Did you see what I just did there? Clever, huh? Setting my bad joke aside, I really like this color! It reminds me of Christmas. It reminds me of silk, red ribbons tied to a candy cane, or a gift. It reminds me of tinsel red wrapping paper. Everything about "ADORA" screams Jolly Christmas, and I love it.

I honestly was scared to try this brow product because I have heard so many stories about how scary it was to work with pomade eyebrow products. I have heard that they are very pigmented, applied on extremely intensely, and they are hard to sheer out. But I finally got the the courage to bust this fat pencil out of its packaging and gave it a go...

I am a huge fan of Sephora Favorites Value Kits because you get to try out a bunch of goodies for a great value. BETTER SKIN?  Heck yeah it gives you better skin and I am loving it!

This is a pore refining exfoliating cleanser that is suppose to help your skin with minimizing your pores in two ways:  1. It contains microbeads that will gently scrub off dead skin leaving behind smooth skin, and  2. It contains an Alpha-Hydroxy Formula that cleans pores of dirt and makeup.  

This is an "Alcohol-Free" Toner ...meaning there should be no burning, no stripping, and no drying of the skin when using this product. It's true. There is definitely no burning or tingling or any type of discomfort when using this toner. This toner is definitely great for sensitive skin individuals because it literally feels like water on the skin. If it didn't have a nice fragrant scent, I would have thought I was applying water to my face. The  +Neutrogena  Alcohol-Free Toner is formulated with special mild purities that gently removes dirt and makeup from the skin. It also refreshes and reconditions the skin. My skin does feel refreshed after I wipe down my face with this, but cold water makes me feel the way. I have been using this product for over a month now and I feel that this toner is not doing anything for my skin. I guess I wanted something a bit stronger. Spring is in the air and Spring Collections are popping up everywhere...but I can only buy so much to try, so when I saw the  Lancôme's My Parisian Pastels Shimmer Cube , I knew I wanted it because of the packaging. Since I was planning on buying the My Parisian Pastels, I thought I should look into what other pretty things  +Lancome  has in their 2016 Spring Color Collection. In the perfect world, I would have been able to purchase everything in their Collection, but since life doesn't work out the way we want it to, I only picked up a few things that really caught my eye.

Step #1: Sculpt Brows with Wax...Check! ( "Hey! This is actually pigmented!" ) Step #2: Color Brows with Powder...Check! ( "The color fits my brow hairs pretty darn good .") Step #3: Highlight Brow Bone Under Arch...Check! ( "Wow...I really like this highlighting powder! ) So those were my reactions when I first tried this Maybelline Brow Drama Pro Palette . I was especially amazed at how pigmented the wax applied on the brows.

This is my first +Lancome  Color Design 5 Pan Eyeshadow Palette. This quint is called Bouquet De Roses  which is part of the Lancome Spring 2016 Collection. I would say the colors are fresh and subtle, perfect for spring. It has your pinks and browns, and it does create a very pretty eye-brightening look. 

The "My Parisian Pastels" Shimmer Cube Eyeshadows & Highlighters Palette is inspired by the fun Rubic's Cube which fits the look and playfulness that  +Lancome  was going for with their 2016 Spring Collection. I love the tin cover art and the concept, but for practicality-wise, it is not so great. Which is a shame since these shimmery shadows are beautiful, and gives the eyes and cheeks a youthful, natural glow that last throughout the day.

Update: (5/17/2016) It's been awhile since I uploaded this review, and I have used this mascara a couple times more now, and I have to say my feelings has changed. It seems that this mascara had to be broken into or something, because now this mascara does an incredible job at defining my lashes! Layer this on top of Revlon's Super Length Mascara ,  and the effect is even longer and more defined lashes! I am so happy that I gave this mascara another chance because now I have an incredible combo that I know I will keep using, and these two mascaras will not go to waste! Nothing's worst about a mascara IS when you don't have an opinion about it. Even when you don't like what the mascara does to your lashes or how it wears, at least you can say why you don't like it. With this Revlon Dramatic Definition Mascara , it was not dramatic at all, in fact when I applied it on, all I had to say was, "That's it..."

I have been so curious about Maybelline's Eyeshadow Palettes ever since they came out, but because of all the negative reviews on them, I always steer clear of them until now. My curiosity peaked and I had to see for myself if these palettes were truly the disaster that everyone say they are...

These are Maybelline's 1st eyeshadow primers! How exciting is that!  These come in three different finishes, "Prime + Smooth", "Prime + Illumination" and "Prime + Matte" . Of the three I have bought two to share with you ("Prime + Smooth" and "Prime + Matte").

The first time I set eyes on the Maybelline Brow Precise Pencil, the Benefit Fit Me Brow came to mind. They both have the same type of brown exterior and cursive lettering on the packaging. So I knew that I had to feature these two in an episode of High End vs. Drugstore.

I wasn't a huge fan of their "Liquid Eye Liquid-Like Eyeliner" in pencil form when I tried them out years back when they are all the rage. Everyone was comparing the pencil to the Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliners, which was the reason on why I tried them to begin with. They smudged so badly within an hour of wear that I had to put them away for good. Then I saw these "The Liquid Eye Liquid-like Eyeliner Pencils" in the mechanical/retractable version and wondered if it was the same smudge crazy formula I had tried years back, or has Milani changed their formula since then? So I picked up the black and blue liners to find out.

The Maybelline Brow Define + Fill Duo is one of the most unique brow pencils I have ever used. One end is a pencil of tinted colored wax and the other hand is a sponge with powder that pushes out when you push down on it.

WOW! I am so pleased with this mascara! I think I found my favorite among Maybelline's mascaras. I already reviewed its crazy sister, the Lash Sensational Luscious Mascara , not too long ago. I would like to describe the Original Lash Sensational Mascara to be the perfect sister.  This mascara is not too scary but it is not too timid on the lashes either. It is just perfect.

This is the most comfortable eyelash curler I have ever used! If you have wide almond shaped eyes and have a hard time finding a lash curler to fit your eye shaper, you may want to look into Sephora's Show Curl Lash Curler.  It retails at $17.00 and can be found in-stores and online at Sephora.

I got into oil/cream makeup removers after I tried the   Pur~lisse Pur-delicate Gentle Soy Milk Cleanser. It worked so well with even the most caked on makeup that I was interested in trying out similar products. So when I saw this "Fabulous Makeup Melt Gel-to-Oil Cleanser" by Bliss on Sephora's Sales page, I immediately scooped it up.

So I have been loving these cushion foundations of late, and today I want to compare two sister cushions for you, in a new High End vs. Drugstore Episode. Video: HighEnd vs.  Drugstore: Lancome Miracle Cushion vs.  L'oreal Lumi Cushion The reason why I decided to compare these two is because  +Lancome   and +L'Oréal  are under the same corporation, so basically they are sister companies. So why not put these two siblings to the test against each other. A little competition won't hurt.

The first time I tried this mascara I did not like it. It didn't give my lashes the push up effect I was expecting or even any length. The second or third time it was not that impressive either, and it flaked after three hours of wear. But then strangely enough the fourth time I tried it, the application went on beautifully and my lashes looked amazing, pushed-up and individually lengthened. So I am left quite confused on how I feel about this mascara.

So here's is another color from the Formula X & Kat Von D collaboration. This is "Slayer" and you can obviously see that the color is Black. This is my first time trying out a black lipstick...and I think I'm going to keep this for Halloween Time only. Black on my lips is definitely not for me, but I actually really like black on my nails.

The drugstore is killing it with the brows this year! Last year, it was all about higher end brow products, but now the drugstore is really stepping up their game. The best part, they are at affordable prices and today I am here to talk about one of these amazing drugstore brow products.  This is the  Maybelline Brow Precise Shaping Pencil by Eyestudio .

Do you know what this mascara reminds me off? It reminds me of the  L'oreal Miss Manga The Rock Mascara , because they both give you hardcore, voluminzing clumps of lashes. Now I understand that not everyone is into the spider lashes, but if you are, than you might like this mascara, because I find the  Maybelline Lash Sensational "Luscious" Mascara  to be more smudge-proof than the L'oreal one.

This is my introductory piece to Alexis Bittar! I have never heard of Alexis Bittar until his collaboration with Sephora last Holiday Season, where he created a beautiful collection of luxurious makeup brushes. When I first saw the collection my little heart stopped in its tracks with adoration and want. The collection was beautiful! With clear, smooth handles and gold plated details made the brushes look more like jewelry pieces than makeup brushes; which is not surprising since Alexis Bittar is a well known jewelry designer.  The downside? These brushes were crazily expensive and I guess everyone had the same thought because right after the Holiday Season I found these brushes on Sephora's sales page. So I finally got my hands on the beautiful Luxurious Powder Brush and Jewelry Inspired Traval Pouch for half the cost! But was it worth it, even at half the price?

I made it a point this year to be up-to-date with new drugstore products and L'oreal is one of the first brands to have their products available. So I scooped up as much as I could in the last two months. By now I have tried and reviewed all the ones I have purchased, and shared my thoughts as well. There is a lot of new stuff, so I thought why not consolidate them all in one page for easy access.

I knew there was something special about this Miracle Cushion Foundation before I went researching about it. It was the way it felt and the way it made my skin look, I knew that the this cushion was going to be one of those products that is a skincare & makeup product in one. It's crazy how you can just feel something is great without knowing too much about it because of the way it makes you feel, and this foundation makes my skin feel moisturized, smooth, and fresh all day.
