Eyeshadow Palette: the Balm "NUDE'tude" Palette Review

Image
I can not believe I haven't reviewed this palette yet! This was my very first nude palette and it's been awhile since I used it, but I dung it back out to play with the other day and instantly fell in love with it again.

Random: My Birthday Wish is...

So it's a pretty special day for me today...it's my Birthday! Yay! It's exciting to be a year older, but I'm getting to that age where I don't really care too much about celebrating my birthday anymore. It's just another day of my life, and seriously I rather not get older. That being said, there is one birthday wish I would like to come true more than anything in the world and that is have one whole year, all 365 days of it to be drama-free! This 2015 has been nothing but drama and problems month after month for me. Once one problem dies down a little, another springs up in its place and frankly, I AM SICK OF IT!  Usually my average year is pretty chill with one or two minor-problems...but this year was a major melt-down. It has really tested my mental-state, my physical-state, and my financial-state. I am just ready to rest because I am tired. So if "Birthday Wishes" are real and if they do come true, if it is truly what you want and r

Eyeshadow Palettes: Urban Decay "Vice 4" Palette Review

Image
These Urban Decay Vice Palettes just keep getting better and better every year! This is actually the only annual eyeshadow palette that I wait for to be available on the website...this year the Vice4 became available on the UD Website between 12:30am to 1:30am, and the minute I realized I can place an order, I did just that! Whoohoo! Got it before it sold out! Mission Accomplish! Isn't it beautiful!

Bronzers: e.l.f Studio Bronzer Palette Review

Image
You can find this Palette available on eyeslipsface website !  Okay, this palette looks beautiful, doesn't it? Look at it! Classic sleek, black packaging, beautiful array of different color bronzers, and to top it off, a huge mirror. All for $6.00!!!!!...

Lipsticks: e.l.f Essential Lipsticks Review

Image
You definitely get what you pay for when it comes to the packaging. They resemble little girl's toy lipsticks and they feel just as flimsy. I was fortunate not to have any of the packaging or lipsticks break on me, but I have read a lot of stories where they did for others.  However, the lipsticks themselves are surprisingly nice!

Mascaras: e.l.f Beautifully Bare "Lash Tint" Mascara Review

I am obsessed! I don't know why I haven't tried lash tints before but thank goodness e.l.f came out with one because I am in love!

Tutorial: Kat Von D's Eye Technique Tips: Widen, Define, & Lift the looks of your eyes

Image
Learning to reshape your eyes with makeup is a must know for both amateur and expert makeup wearers. I know for a fact that I do not know all the tricks or even have that much skill in applying eye makeup. All I know is that I love playing with makeup and I love how makeup enhances and changes the way I look. So when I first bought Kat Von D's "Shade + Light" Eye Contour Palette , I was pleasantly pleased to see useful tutorials in her makeup guide booklet. Usually in eyeshadow palettes like these it comes with a booklet of what kind of looks you can do with the shadows in the palette, but in Kat Von D's case, she actually is teaching you techniques on how to use shadows to change the shape of your eyes.

Hair Products: Dove "Oxygen Moisture" Shampoo + Conditioner Review

Image
The minute I flipped open the cap of the Dove "Oxygen Moisture" Shampoo , my senses livened up by a beautiful, tranquil fresh scent! It smelled amazing and it left my hair smelling just as fresh! I was in a need for a new Shampoo and Conditioner, and I knew I wanted to try some of Dove's products again. So from the many shampoos and conditioners that was displayed in front of me, I decided to give this pair a try, mainly because of its name, "Oxygen Moisture"...very fancy and the fact that it is a volumnizing set (my favorite). Dove claims that this duo is made with Oxyfusion Technology (a new generation of moisture).  "The shampoo and conditioner are made with lightweight, oxygen-fused conditioning ingredients where the formula rapidly dispersed on you hair. They gently cleanses and moisturizes, breathing life into fine, flat hair." So straight off the bat, I love the smell. It is a clean, fresh scent that stays on your hair even

Blushes: Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palettes Review

Image
A blush, a hightligter, and a bronzer, all-in-one, and it is from Urban Decay, and it is from their Naked Line, so I knew I was going to like this product.  There are four of these palettes available, and I have three of them; Naked, Streak, & Native. Each palette cost $32, which happens to be a great value due to the fact that you get three products in one. So technically you are paying about $11 per Urban Decay face product.  I had high expectations to begin with, and after trying these blushes out, there were some highs and lows.  Color-wise, they did not meet my expectations, but performance-wise they met beyond my expectations.

Perfume: Britney Spears "Believe" Fragrance

Image
I grew up with Britney Spears, as kids these days are growing up with Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez. I didn't, per se, idolized her but I did and still do like her music...and I am a fan of her fragrances and this one "Believe" is currently my everyday scent. Of all the bottle designs from Britney Spears' Perfumes, this sharp triangular bottle is my favorite.

Collection: My Perfume Collection 2015

Image
This is my perfume collection, as of now, August 2015, all 14 bottles. It's a bit much for one person and I'm not using all of them at one given time, but I sure love looking at them!

Blushes: e.l.f Studio Blush Palettes Review

Image
Oh geez, I had these beauties laying around for months now and I am now getting around to reviewing them. This is a prime example of a makeup hoarder. I did do a haul introducing these babies back in the beginning of June of this year...so it's been about two or so months since I bought these palettes!

Nails: Butter London "Keen" Nail Lacquer Review

Image
* Please note * I am not reviewing Butter London Nail Lacquer as a whole, just this particular polish. General Information as described on  Butter London's Website : "Keen", opaque, peach creme 'peach' a fond exclamation that finds Kinship." Retail Price: $15.00 In regards to the color, the color is bold in a subtle and sophisticated way. At the beginning I did not like how it looked with my skin tone, but I think it was due to the lighting in the room because the color grew on me, especially when I am in a better lit room or if I am outside. So the color is beautiful, however, the formula is not so beautiful.
