[Tarte Cosmetics] Tartiest PRO To Go Amazonian Clay Palette

This travel-friendly, $23.00 Tarte Tartiest PRO To Go Amazonian Clay Palette is a great way to test the waters of Tarte's New Tartiest Pro line without having to commit in buying the full size eyeshadow palette. The great part is if you still want to get the full, $53.00 PRO Amazonian Clay Palette, you won't be getting any duplicate shades from both palettes because this PRO to go has its own 6 exclusive shades.

The shades it comes with are: Drive (Nude), Stylin (Brown), Boss (Bronze), Hype (Gold), Crisp (Chestnut) and Dominate (Shimmering Raspberry).

All the shadows are pretty colors and they create pretty looks. From my experience with Tarte eyeshadows, I find that they are really easy to create a messy, muddy look. I find the formula of their shadows to be extremely soft, and they blend into each other a little too easily where they all come together to form one color. Not something I look for in an eyeshadow. I learned early on with Tarte, less is more. Using two or three shadows to create a look works a lot better than trying to get all creative and use five or six different eyeshadows. The same goes with this eyeshadow palette. At least Tarte mapped out two looks you can create off the bat with this palette.

Overall, this palette is a decent, pretty palette. There is nothing too unique and special about this except for the amazing chic and regal packaging. The packaging I admit is unlike anything Tarte has come out with so far, and the black on gold is pretty bomb.
